Chinese poems were divided into six different styles: old style poems (gushi, 古詩), regular poems (lvshi, 律詩) and short poems (jueju, 絕句), both with five and seven syllable verses. In ancient China, poets have a special name called 骚客which is pronounced similar to Sucker.
